Vision Statement

CFN408, built on the tenets of developing professional learning communities, provides instructional and operational support to all schools.  We place the academic success of the twelve thousand New York City students we serve within our K-12 schools at the forefront of all decisions made.

Our collective purpose is to support schools in providing high quality education via rigorous professional development.  We pride ourselves in building school capacity from within as we believe instructional leaders are the change agents in education.  We aim to ensure that these professional learning communities are rigorous and safe havens for the 21st Century learner.
